Gracie
Grace is on the right & she wasn't feeling very good that day. She didn't want much to do with her cake. Violet is on the left and as you can see she really enjoyed herself!
Violet has taken 1 step, on her own & unassisted. She talks in jibber-jabber all the time & likes to sit on you and bounce up and down like she is riding a horse. She also gives great (slobbery) kisses!
Grace talks in jibber-jabber too, but she has learned a new word (other than Momma & dad) its Ella ...or Elga as she says! sometimes she can say it right, but more often than not she is calling out ELGA! Its so funny and cute. She will crawl to a door & piund on it & yell for Elga, no matter who is behind it. She also can climb onto the couch by putting her leg straight up in the air, with her foot next to her ear & get up on it.
Its been a fun year filled with new experiences & I look forward to the next!

Happy Birthday GIRLS! It is a huge accomplishment to survive the first year of twinhood! Hopefully it gets a little easier as they get older. It is so cute to see them with their cake.
Happy Birthday Violet and Grace!! It's a big thing turning one! I think it's a challenge getting through the first year with one baby, I can't imagine two! Conrats!
Hooray for Violet and Gracie. They are so beautiful. I love their big cakes. You have done an amazing job being the mother of twins. Happy birthday girls!
What delightful little girls they are--and their big sister too! Happy birthday and Congratulations to Laura and Dylan for helping them grow up so healthy and happy!
It is a HUGE milestone! And you are such a good mom to give them each their own triple layer cake to eat with their hands. They are rosy and round and beautiful! Love the images of climbing on the couch, walking and calling, "Elga." Thanks for making us part of their development, even though we rarely get to see them.
