The Nutcracker

For those that don't know, Ella takes dance & dances at home with Dylan & is very creative. Her favorite music to dance to is the Nutcracker. It is one of the funnest things to watch, one day we will figure out our video camera & upload it to our blog.
So when we saw that The Nutcracker was coming to Thanksgiving Point, we decided to buy tickets. We went this past Tuesday & Ella was thrilled! She sat more still through this than any movie we have taken her too. She just said "wow" & made all kinds of girlish gestures...as well as singing or humming to the music. She said she didn't know that "boys wore tights & that big brothers could dance like that". She said she liked the girls with all the make-up & the big brother dance. It was a condensed version (and very amateur) so I don't think she understood the story line, but she loved all the dancing to her favorite music!
